Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Xtreme Auto Labs LLC website and any services provided by Xtreme Auto Labs LLC ("Xtreme Auto Labs LLC", "we", "us", or "our"). By booking, purchasing, or receiving services from us, you agree to these Terms.

1) Services

We provide automotive customization services, which may include (but are not limited to) ambient lighting installations, starlight headliner installations, vinyl wraps, chrome deletes, and custom audio systems. Service availability may vary by vehicle, location, and scheduling.

2) Quotes & Pricing

  • All pricing is project-based and may depend on vehicle type, package selection, and customization details.
  • Quotes are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may change if the scope changes after inspection or during the installation.
  • Taxes, fees, or additional materials (if applicable) will be disclosed before work begins.

3) Deposits, Payments, & Financing

  • A deposit may be required to secure an appointment date and time.
  • The remaining balance is due before vehicle release (for shop work) or at completion of service (for mobile work), unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • If financing options are offered through third-party providers, your financing agreement is between you and the provider.

4) Scheduling, Rescheduling, & Cancellations

  • Appointment times are reserved specifically for your vehicle and service.
  • If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible so we can accommodate.
  • Late arrivals may reduce available installation time and may require rescheduling.

5) Mobile Service

  • Mobile service requires a safe, legal, and reasonably clean work area (e.g., driveway, garage, or approved location).
  • You are responsible for ensuring access to the vehicle and the agreed location at the scheduled time.
  • If conditions are unsafe (weather, lighting, space constraints, or other hazards), we may reschedule or move the service to our shop.

6) Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate vehicle information (make, model, year, trim, and any modifications).
  • Remove personal items from areas where work will be performed when possible.
  • Inform us of any prior electrical issues, aftermarket wiring, or modifications that could affect installation.

7) Warranty & Remedies

Warranty coverage may vary by service and will be explained at the time of purchase. If an issue arises related to our workmanship or supplied parts during the warranty period, we will schedule the next available appointment to inspect and, if covered, repair or replace the affected components.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, water intrusion, third-party modifications, improper cleaning, or tampering.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xtreme Auto Labs LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to our services or your use of this website.

Our total liability for any claim related to a service will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9) Photos & Media

With your permission, we may take photos/videos of your vehicle before, during, or after service for quality documentation and marketing purposes (social media, website, ads). If you do not want your vehicle featured, please tell us before service begins.

10) Intellectual Property

Website content, logos, photos, and branding are owned by Xtreme Auto Labs LLC or used with permission and may not be copied or reused without prior written consent.

11) Privacy

If you submit information through our forms, we use it to respond to your inquiry and provide services. We do not sell your personal information.

12) Message & Data Rates Disclosure

By providing your phone number or opting in to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from Xtreme Auto Labs LLC — including appointment confirmations, reminders, promotions, or other communications — you acknowledge and agree that standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary depending on the nature of the communication.

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and will no longer receive texts from Xtreme Auto Labs LLC unless you re-subscribe. Xtreme Auto Labs LLC is not responsible for any charges incurred from your wireless carrier as a result of receiving our messages. Please contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan and any applicable fees.

13) Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Xtreme Auto Labs LLC and any affiliated parties are not liable for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected text messages or other communications caused by your wireless carrier, network provider, or any third-party service. Carriers are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or timeliness of any messages sent by Xtreme Auto Labs LLC.

Service availability and message delivery may be affected by your carrier's coverage area, network conditions, device compatibility, or other factors outside our control. By opting in to receive messages, you agree that neither Xtreme Auto Labs LLC nor any participating carriers guarantee message delivery or assume liability for any failure or delay in transmission.

14) Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our website, book services, submit inquiries, opt in to text messages, or enter into any agreement with Xtreme Auto Labs LLC. By using our website or services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

If we become aware that a person under 18 has provided personal information or entered into a service agreement without parental or guardian consent, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and delete any associated information.
